#Troubleshooting

#No fields appear in the field selector

For Create content, the entry needs at least one empty supported field. For Improve existing content and Translate content, the entry needs at least one supported field with existing content.

#Generated content does not match expectations

Revise your prompt to be more specific. Check the Tone of voice setting. Try selecting fewer fields per run to give AI Assist more focused context. If the output consistently misses your brand voice or terminology, ask your admin to set up guidelines.

#Translation output is inaccurate

Confirm the target locale is enabled in your project. Add regional style guidance in the prompt field. If specific terms are consistently wrong, ask your admin to add them to a Glossary guideline.

#AI Assist tasks are unavailable

Your project may have reached its AI token limit for the billing period. Check with your admin.
