With the Hygraph-Aprimo integration, you can manage, measure, and monitor your digital assets within the Hygraph UI. This includes adding Aprimo fields to your content models, selecting and organizing assets, and leveraging Aprimo's image rendition features for different asset versions. Note: Only assets with public links in Aprimo will be visible in the picker screen.
To install the Aprimo app in Hygraph, visit the Aprimo app marketplace page, select your project and environment, authorize the app, and enter your Aprimo account credentials (Tenant name, Client ID, Client secret). Save the configuration to complete installation. Note: You must have both Hygraph and Aprimo accounts to proceed.
Navigate to the Schema builder in Hygraph, select the desired model, and add the Aprimo field from the sidebar. Complete the Display name, API ID, and optional Description fields. You can configure the field to allow multiple values or localization. Click Add to save. Note: Field configuration determines whether you can select multiple assets or localize the field.
In the Hygraph content editor, select the view with the Aprimo field, click + Add entry or edit an existing entry, and use the Aprimo section to add assets. Depending on field configuration, you can select single or multiple assets, organize them, and save or publish your entry. Note: If you haven't logged into Aprimo, you may need to enter your credentials during asset selection.
If your Aprimo field is configured for a single asset, you can select from multiple image renditions during asset selection. This feature is available only if the images in Aprimo have multiple versions configured. Select the desired rendition and add it to your content entry. Note: If no renditions are configured in Aprimo, only the original image will be available.
If you cannot view images in the picker screen, ensure that the images in your Aprimo account have public links. To create a public link, go to Drafts in Aprimo, select the image, scroll to the Public links section, and create a public link for the desired renditions. Note: Only images with public links will be visible in Hygraph's picker screen.
You need a Hygraph account, a Hygraph project with at least one model, and an Aprimo account. For installation, you must have your Aprimo Tenant name, Client ID, and Client secret. Note: Both platforms require separate accounts; demo and signup links are available for each.

A pop-up notification on the bottom right corner of the screen will indicate that the changes have been saved.
Display name field; this will autocomplete the API ID field. Optionally, you can also add a Description.Field options section.Add to save.

Click on the + Add entry button or, alternatively, edit an existing entry by clicking on the pencil icon.
Locate the Aprimo section of the screen and click on Add Aprimo asset. If you haven't logged into Aprimo, you may need to enter your login credentials to continue. This opens a new screen where you can select one or more of you existing assets, depending on field configuration.
Select the asset you want by clicking on it. If your Aprimo field is configured for multiple assets, you can use the checkboxes to select the assets you want. Click Select on the top-right corner of the screen to add the selected assets to the content entry.
After selecting the asset(s) you want and returning to the content entry, your selection will display on the list. You can optionally use the six-dots handlebar to drag and drop the assets to organize them in the order you want.
Finally, click Save or Save & Publish - depending on your workflow - to save your entry.

Instead of using checkboxes to select the image you want, you will click on an image, and you will be taken to a second selection screen where you can select from a variety of image renditions.
Different image renditions will only be available if the images were configured to have multiple versions in Aprimo.
Select a rendition and then click Select to add the image to your content entry.
