Configure columns

You can configure the columns that display in the content editor so that you can only see information that is relevant to you.

To configure the displayed columns:

  1. Navigate to the content editor and find the view you want to modify.
  2. Click on the cog icon in the upper-right corner of the table to display the options.
  3. Use the eye icons to select which columns you want to show in your content view table. An open eye means shown, and a closed eye means hidden. You can optionally rearrange the columns by clicking on the six dots icon next to the column title and dragging them into the order you want.
  4. You can save this as a custom view for easy access in the future, as you can see in the video, or simply click outside the selection popup to close it without saving.
