Berlin, Germany – Hygraph is excited to announce a new partnership with Planday, a leading SaaS platform for employee scheduling and workforce management. In collaboration with implementation partner Blazity, Planday is migrating its website from Builder.io to Hygraph as part of a broader initiative to improve localisation, scale self-service capabilities, and modernise its content infrastructure.

With a growing international customer base and 8 markets to manage, Planday needed a more flexible content platform to standardise its workflows and reduce operational overhead. By adopting Hygraph’s headless CMS, Planday is creating a centralised, modular content architecture that enables faster updates, better reuse across regions, and more autonomy for internal teams.

“We’re proud to support Planday as they take a more modular, scalable approach to content” says Michael Lukaszczyk, CEO at Hygraph. “Their vision for localised, self-serve experiences is exactly the kind of challenge Hygraph is built to solve and with Blazity’s expertise on implementation, the results will be transformative.”

“As we scale into new markets, it’s critical that our content operations keep pace.” says Sarah Haddon, VP of Growth at Planday.

Hygraph gives us the flexibility to manage localisation more efficiently, while Blazity has been a true partner in bringing this new platform to life. We’re excited to build a content foundation that supports both our self-serve strategy and deeper engagement with larger customers.

#Project highlights:

Multi-locale support at scale – Hygraph’s granular content modeling allows Planday to structure content once and adapt it across all eight supported languages and markets, improving consistency while reducing translation bottlenecks.

Empowered content operations – The new setup supports a streamlined workflow across product marketing, brand, legal, and translation teams, with fewer manual handovers and better version control.

Self-serve and segmented experiences – Hygraph’s flexibility supports Planday’s evolving go-to-market model, from a fully self-serve approach for small teams to personalised content journeys for larger customers.

Collaborative implementation – Blazity is leading the migration and integration efforts with a clear phased rollout, ensuring a smooth transition from Builder.io.
