G2 Summer Reports are here, all your feedback has been taken into account, and it confirms Hygraph as the leader in the CMS space. Having the likes of Vertu Motors, Preferred Travel Group, and Planday choose Hygraph as their CMS, and at the same time being voted in top positions for usability, implementation, and relationship, demonstrates our suitability across mid-market and enterprise segments.
Highlight from the report:
#1 easiest to implement headless CMS, voted for the 4th time
#1 in the Enterprise Usability Index for Headless CMS
#2 in Enterprise Relationship Index for Headless CMS
#1 in Mid-Market Implementation Index for Headless CMS
#2 best headless CMS in the Grid® Report for Headless CMS
#1 in user satisfaction
Our support and onboarding process is something we are proud of, and being voted 2nd in the enterprise relationship index reflects what matters most to us: helping our customers succeed.
This time, we were included in 105 reports, up from 100 in spring, and have received 72 badges, up from 63. From small businesses and startups to enterprise teams, from North America to APAC and across many industries, Hygraph is being recognized across the board.
We are the easiest-to-implement headless CMS, voted for the 4th time. If the third time’s the charm, the fourth time is a reflection of trust from teams who build with us. This consistent recognition proves that Hygraph is a reliable platform delivering across industries, team sizes, and use cases.
Our ease of implementation aligns with our recognition as #1 in user satisfaction. Hygraph offers more than a smooth onboarding; we help our customers first define what they need from a CMS, guide them through the implementation, and provide them ongoing support from start to finish. An implementation that, for once, tends to happen according to schedule due to clear documentation, responsive support, and ease of integration with any tech stack.
Out of 102 Headless CMSs, Hygraph ranks 2nd.
I was looking for a headless CMS solution, and I have tried all the competitors. I originally thought Hygraph would not meet my requirements, because I was trying to add specific styling to different pieces of content and finally realized that I can create as many blocks as I want, and in my front-end I can style each block individually. It is super fast, the scheduling and webhooks help make everything super smooth.
I originally only wanted to build "blog" type of posts in there, but I ended up moving our carousel management on it and I plan to move other things too. It took me just a few days to have everything working in a development environment. For most small projects, the free plan will be sufficient. They give you a LOT for free.
While Hygraph ranks 4th in the overall enterprise segment, across the categories for usability, results, and relationship, we ranked 1st, 3rd, and 2nd, respectively.
Enterprise projects often come with complexity, but this recognition shows that Hygraph is helping those teams build the way they want, exactly what we aim for.
The traction we’re gaining in this sector is officially placing us among the leaders in the enterprise CMS space.
These awards reflect the growing trust larger companies are placing in Hygraph. With more and more enterprises like Vertu Motors, KoRo, and Voi Technology adopting Hygraph, it’s a strong signal that even at scale, Hygraph remains easy to adopt, and a pleasure to use.
Hygraph has given us the flexibility we needed. We now have full control over content, design, and integrations, which helps our editors make updates without the intervention of the developer or agency. It’s allowed us to work faster, with granular roles and permissions to prevent mistakes that can be costly to fix.
Aldona MartynenkaProduct Manager at Voi Technology
Mid-sized businesses continue to turn to Hygraph as a powerful and flexible platform that meets their needs without unnecessary complexity. These companies often scale quickly and need a platform that can keep up without requiring an army of developers.
Similarly to the enterprise segment and the overall rankings, in the mid-market, we are ranked 2nd. And across the different categories:
#2 in Mid-Market Usability Index for Headless CMS
#2 Mid-Market Results Index for Headless CMS
#1 in Mid-Market Implementation Index for Headless CMS
#2 in Mid-Market Implementation Index for Web Content Management
#2 in Mid-Market Grid® Report for Headless CMS
As Head of IT, I’ve found Hygraph to be a highly effective and modern content platform. Its ease of use stands out—both developers and content editors were productive with minimal onboarding. The implementation process was fast and smooth, thanks to excellent documentation and a GraphQL-first approach.
Customer support has been consistently responsive and technically competent, resolving most issues within a day. We use Hygraph daily across multiple teams, and its features—from localization to role management and API flexibility—meet the demands of both content operations and scalable development.
Integration was seamless with our architecture and services like Vercel and TypeSense. Hygraph has become a core part of our stack, balancing flexibility, performance, and usability.
Overall: Reliable, scalable, and built with both dev and content teams in mind.
The only thing keeping us from being consistently ranked 1st is our small size. However, growing recognition across the mid-market and enterprise segments shows how small teams can build products that not only many enterprises can use, but also be delighted with and prefer it over the competition.
Very easy to integrate and implement within your environment. From an operational aspect adding content is straight forward for all stakeholders making it easy to scale.
Also, the Customer Support is very active, responsive and eager to hear user perspective to support and also grow the product.
Hygraph empowered all our stakeholders from Marketing, Customer Care, Payments, Legal to own their content on the sites without being blocked by development capacity and roadmap priority.
Recognition is great, but we’re not slowing down. We’re continuing to improve the platform with features like Content Workflows and Content Finder, helping enterprise teams work better.
If you’re looking for a CMS that grows with you, get in touch with our team. We’re happy to answer your questions and set up a custom demo tailored to your needs.
