For the fifth time in a row, Hygraph has ranked number one in implementation for headless CMS. We’ve also held the #1 spot in Enterprise Usability three times in a row, and this fall, we moved up to #1 in Mid-Market Relationships.

Why does that matter? Because most CMS projects get delayed during the implementation stage. Time-consuming migrations, hidden training costs, and complex integrations can extend "quick launches" into six-month projects. Customers on G2 consistently say that Hygraph is different. Setting up Hygraph is faster, support is more responsive, and teams get their first content live sooner than expected.

Our team is proud to have the trust of leading brands like Samsung, Paramount, Lego, and Dr. Oetker when it comes to managing their content. These five consecutive implementation wins reflect not only our work, but also the confidence that our customers place in Hygraph every day.

#Hygraph earns record recognition in the G2 reports compared to last Fall

Last Fall, Hygraph was included in 84 reports and received 56 badges. We were recognized once more as a Leader in the headless CMS space, ranking #3 overall last year and #2 overall this year.

This fall, we’ve grown even further, being featured in 105 reports and receiving 68 badges with an increase of 21.4% in badges and 25% in reports. This ongoing recognition demonstrates Hygraph's ability to make an impact across different segments, while consistently expanding its presence and consistently delivering results for customers everywhere.

From the G2 Fall Reports, here are a few of the awards that mean the most to us:

  • #1 in Enterprise Usability (3rd time in a row)
  • #1 Easiest to Implement Headless CMS (5x in a row)
  • #1 in Mid-Market Relationships
  • #2 Leader in Headless CMS out of 106 CMSs
  • Ranked #2 for Mid-Market in EMEA and Europe
  • #4 in Enterprise Asia Pacific Regional and #4 in Enterprise EMEA
  • Regional Small-Business Leader in India, Europe, EMEA, Asia, and Asia Pacific

#Voted #1 for implementation - 5 consecutive wins

Hygraph is ranked #1 for Implementation in Headless CMS for the 5th time in a row. This index looks at setup time, ease of configuration, and support during onboarding.

CMS projects often exceed their initial timelines. Migration, training, and integration can add months to a rollout. However, customers on G2 report that Hygraph is different. Their documentation is clear, their support is responsive, and their teams publish their first content earlier than expected.

I’ve been using Hygraph for a few projects now and this is still one of the easiest content management systems I’ve used. From model creation down to editing the features allow quick deployment and updates whilst development functionality is being built. The api is easy and fast to use and the scheduled publishing and custom components have gone down a hit.Still one of the best headless cms’s I’ve used.

What does this mean for teams looking for a CMS?

You will not spend three months just trying to publish your first page. Your developers will thank you for suggesting a CMS migration. Your project manager will no longer have to explain why the "simple" content migration turned into a six-month project.

Most CMS implementations drag on longer than expected. With Hygraph, you get great documentation, support you can count on, and a setup process that works. This can make the difference between launching next month and launching next quarter.

Hygraph's 5-time implementation nomination addresses this core business risk. It suggests companies can expect:

  • Predictable timelines instead of extended project overruns
  • Lower probability of implementation failure
  • Faster time-to market for content teams

#The connection between usability and adoption

Hygraph also ranked #1 in Enterprise Usability for the 3rd time in a row. This category measures how quickly teams learn the system, how often they use it in practice, and whether it integrates well with existing processes.

Hygraph's 3 consecutive enterprise usability awards indicate we’ve solved this adoption challenge. This means:

  • Higher likelihood of successful user adoption
  • Reduced training costs and change management friction
  • Better ROI through improved productivity rather than resistance

We've recently launched features like Content Finder and Taxonomies. They make it easier for teams to find, organize, and reuse content. This focus on simplicity is a big reason why Hygraph was rated the #1 Headless CMS for Enterprise Usability.

To give you a quick idea of how this works in practice, here’s what Content Finder does:

Pro Tip

Content Finder is a simple, unified search tool in Hygraph that lets you locate any content entry instantly - across all models, locales, and stages. Instead of clicking through multiple views or lists, just press CMD+K (Mac) or CTRL+K (Windows) and start typing.

With natural text queries, character normalization (e.g. Cafe matches Café), exact matching, and role-based visibility, Content Finder helps both editors and developers work smarter and save time. No matter how complex your content structures are, you’ll get straight to the entry you need - without the frustration of digging around.

When enterprise teams choose Hygraph, they're making an important statement: you don't have to sacrifice usability for capability. Content editors can get their work live on their own. Developers can connect Hygraph to your stack without it turning into a long project.

As Head of IT, I’ve found Hygraph to be a highly effective and modern content platform. Its ease of use stands out - both developers and content editors were productive with minimal onboarding. The implementation process was fast and smooth, thanks to excellent documentation and a GraphQL-first approach.

Customer support has been consistently responsive and technically competent, resolving most issues within a day. We use Hygraph daily across multiple teams, and its features - from localization to role management and API flexibility - meet the demands of both content operations and scalable development.

Integration was seamless with our architecture and services like Vercel and TypeSense. Hygraph has become a core part of our stack, balancing flexibility, performance, and usability.
Overall: Reliable, scalable, and built with both dev and content teams in mind.

With DeepL Integration, global teams can also manage multilingual content more easily, ensuring accurate translations and faster localization workflows.

Pro Tip

With Hygraph’s DeepL integration, editorial teams can automatically translate localized fields in a content entry with a single click. After installing and configuring the integration with your DeepL API key, the DeepL sidebar widget will appear in the Content Editor for your selected models. You can select the locales to translate. Clicking “Translate all” populates the fields instantly. You can overwrite existing translations with a confirmation prompt, and the system will display success or error messages once the process is complete.

When your team adopts Hygraph, productivity goes up instead of down. That's what enterprise usability means - tools that help you work better, not harder.

Marketing stores campaign assets in Google Drive or SharePoint. Sales keeps product details in the CRM. The web team has its own CMS folders or project management boards. Legal keeps compliance docs in yet another system.

When someone needs to update a product page, they end up digging through multiple tools, pinging different people for access, and still not knowing if the version they’re looking at is the right one. Then multiply that by every page, campaign, or product you need to publish.

This approach slows everything down, where one busy person becomes the roadblock for everyone else, or simple updates take weeks because nobody knows where anything lives.

I really like, and will continue to drive down on, how seamless it is to update content in the platform. The ability to edit, schedule, and review revisions all in one place has made content management far more efficient. It’s become a valuable tool for staying on top of updates, tracking changes, and keeping an audit trail without any hassle.

The enterprise usability wins (3 times running) suggest Hygraph helps companies avoid this. Instead of learning 6 different systems, your team learns one. Instead of content sitting in silos, it lives in one place where everyone can find it.

#Support that stays with you

This fall, Hygraph ranked #1 in Mid-Market Relationships and placed in the top 3 for both enterprise and small business. The Relationship Index focuses on support quality, responsiveness, and overall experience working with a vendor.

Being ranked #1 in Mid-Market Relationships is new for us this fall, and it means a lot. For mid-sized companies, the challenge is usually the same: you need the kind of features big enterprises rely on, but you can’t deal with the overhead and complexity that come with “enterprise software.” You also need a vendor that listens, responds quickly, and works within your constraints instead of adding to them. That’s the feedback we’re getting from teams on G2, and it’s why this recognition matters.

#Results Index: Customers are achieving what they set out to do with the product

The Results Index measures whether customers achieve their desired outcomes with a product. It combines feedback on ROI, business outcomes, and likelihood to recommend. Hygraph ranked #2 for mid-market, #4 for enterprise, #2 for small businesses, and #3 overall in the headless CMS category. In short, customers of all sizes aren’t just buying Hygraph; they’re reporting that it delivers the expected results. For some, that means faster launches and easier migrations. For others, it means consistent product information across sites, apps, and marketplaces. The key point is that users feel the system is worthwhile instead of just another unused tool.

#Grid Reports: We are #1 for User Satisfaction

Hygraph ranked #2 overall and #1 for user satisfaction among 106 in total CMSs. This balance is important. Some vendors have a few very satisfied users, yet they aren’t widely adopted. Others are widely used but receive poor ratings. Hygraph’s strong placement across all grids indicates that many companies use it on a large level and consistently report positive experiences. Ultimately, Hygraph has both broad adoption and high satisfaction.

#What this all means if you're thinking about switching

The G2 rankings are based on feedback from teams who use Hygraph every day. Their message is consistent: the platform helps them get live faster, adopt it across teams, and get support when it’s needed.

  • Implementation: 5 #1 rankings in a row show that projects start on time instead of dragging out.

  • Usability: 3 consecutive wins in enterprise usability mean editors and developers can get work done from day one.

  • Relationships: A #1 ranking for mid-market relationships reflects support that responds quickly and continues after launch.

  • Results: Ranked in the top spots across all segments, showing teams get real value and outcomes.

  • User Satisfaction: #1 in satisfaction, with many teams using Hygraph and rating it highly.

These rankings validate what we've been building: a CMS that delivers on its promises and makes your work easier, not harder.

#Wrapping up

After all, these awards are more than just numbers on a page, because they reflect the experiences of our customers every day. For the fifth consecutive quarter, our customers have told us that Hygraph makes CMS projects faster, easier, and less stressful. From launching the first page to managing content across teams, Hygraph just works.

This means your projects are more likely to stay on schedule, your team can focus on creating content instead of wrestling with tools, and your CMS will deliver the expected results.

Whether your business is small or large, Hygraph helps you get content out faster. It’s easy to start, easy to use, and makes teamwork straightforward.
